This was shot near the stairway on the third floor of the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao, Spain. Buildings that house art are special to me, and this one (as are many) is a work of art in itself. But I make it a policy to avoid presenting obvious pictures of other people’s art in my own works, so this shot of the museum is perversely arcane. It does, however, still capture the genius and the enigma of an amazing and important place.
